TestWeaver ist ein Werkzeug für den automatisierten, simulationsgestützten Systemtest. TestWeaver konstruiert tausende von Testfällen automatisch, führt diese per Simulation aus und bewertet die resultierende Systemantwort. Jeder Test ist dabei dynamisch, also eine Sequenz von Inputs über der Zeit. TestWeaver generiert die Testfälle reaktiv (Verzahnung von Generierung und Ausführung), lernt dabei das zu testende System zu kontrollieren und kann so die Testabdeckung gezielt maximieren und sub-optimale Testszenarien systematisch weiter 'verschlechtern', bis ein Fehler oder eine Schwachstelle gefunden ist.

VICTREX® WG™

The new VICTREX® WG™ Product Group provides engineers a High Performance Polymer for such transmission applications requiring reliable  operation under extreme wear conditions. These are nowadays generated by higher oil pressures and temporary limited oil lubrication caused by Stop-Start systems. The PAEK-Polymer reduce up to 20% parasitic losses when compared to other Plastics (ASTM) and replaces larger and heavier metal thrust needle bearings. Test-Rig tests of transmission seals showed up to 5 times longer lifetime when compared to former standard materials. The parasitic losses have been reduced and the rings showed the very stable leakage requested.
